Spring Construction Update

With excavation nearing completion and a large amount of concrete poured, the underground parkade is well on its way as construction progresses back to grade level.

We are also nearing completion of drilling holes for the geo-exchange system. These drilled holes will reach up to 150 feet deep from the bottom of the excavation and provide for sustainable geothermal heating and cooling throughout the development.
