Some exciting updates for Marine Gateway!

RETAIL TENANT ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to announce the following retailers that will be joining the Marine Gateway community!

• A&W

• Marine Gateway Dental

• Dublin Crossing Irish Pub

• Cambie-Marine Liquor Store

• Shoppers Drug Mart

• Sleep Country

These tenants will be joining Marine Gateway’s previously announced retail tenants, including Cineplex VIP Theatre, a Loblaw brand supermarket, BMO and Subway. We look forward to announcing the addition of other retailers in the near future to this exciting mix of retailers at Marine Gateway!

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

As observers from the Canada Line platform at Marine Station can likely attest, concrete is being poured on Parking Level 1. The structure is rapidly approaching grade (street level)!

The following showcases the unique cross-section view of the parking levels on the west side of the site.

Other notable recent construction updates:

– Over 15,000 cubic meters of concrete has been poured to date.

– Drilling of all 320 “wells” for the geothermal exchange system is now complete.
