Construction Update

Marine Gateway’s construction is well under way!

Our general contractor Ledcor and excavation contractor Matcon Excavation started excavation on July 31, 2012. Several members of PCI, Triovest, Ledcor and key consultants were excited to join them for the ground-breaking, which began an excavation that will reach 70 feet deep at its lowest point and require some 245,000 cubic yards of material to be dug out.

We are very pleased to share that we have made great progress in these early stages of construction: excavation is more than 40% complete and we look forward to seeing the foundations go in later this Fall!

PCI and Ledcor have successfully worked together on several projects spanning over 20 years, including Crossroads, Pivotal building, Infinity and Westminster Towers.
